2012-2013 Hawaii real property tax rates for Honolulu County/ island of Oahu remain at $3.50 per $1000 of assessed value. Oahu has a very low 2012-2013 tax rate when compared with many other places, including the other neighboring islands of Maui, Kauai and Hawaii, and even the US Mainland.
