Ka Malanai in Kailua - Kailua Condominiums
Ka Malanai, formerly The Ironwoods, in Kailua, is the newest condominium development in Kailua, so new in fact, that it is still under construction.
Sales of Ka Malanai in Kailua began January 25, 2014. These will be based upon a lottery, due to the significant interest in this project. To get on my mailing list for information about Ka Malanai, please email me.
Many people are eagerly awaiting the completion of these 1, 2, and 3 bedroom condos. This is a low rise building (4 stories, with parking on the first level). Buildings 1 and 2 are targeted for completion in May or June of 2014. Here is the Price List for Ka Malanai’s initial lottery offering.
