The Ward Village Oahu real estate project is Honolulu’s newest luxury condominium development. Ward Village luxury real estate in Honolulu, features LEED certification and a modern building design, interior and exterior, along the themes of renowned architect, Vladimir Ossipoff (who designed the historic IBM building on the property), with floor to ceiling windows and some of the best views on the island, featuring both the ocean and Diamond Head.

This luxury Honolulu real estate project will comprise 60 acres in the Kaka’ako area of Honolulu, with Ala Moana Shopping Center to the East and Downtown to the West. The Anaha building will have studio to 4 bedroom units. The Anaha Tower will have 238 Residences, including the Penthouses. There will also be 73 townhomes and studio and 2BR flats.

The Waiea building will have 171 Residences, including Penthouses.
