Na Pali Haweo is an East Hawaii-Kai neighborhood of custom homes, built after 1991, winding uphill from Maunanani St on the higher part of Kamehame Dr and its offshoot streets (above the Kamehame Ridge neighborhood). Na Pali Haweo is located Northeast of the Kokohead Crater and many homes have spectacular ocean and crater views. Lot size usually runs between 10K-14K sq ft, with some much larger exceptions. Most homes are between 2K-4K sq ft, again with some larger exceptions. Prices start around $1.1M and most go up to about $2.5M.
