Ewa Beach homes are not out of bounds for Home Shoppe Hawaii. Our team of REALTORS has sold 3 homes in Ewa Beach in the past six months alone! Ewa Beach provides an affordable alternative to those moving to Oahu. A benefit of living in Ewa Beach, besides being more affordable than East Oahu, is also the multitude of newer homes, built after 2000. 

Many of the homes for sale in Ewa Beach are built by Gentry. Ewa by Gentry is a planned community with developments ranging from small condominiums to well-appointed, large single-family homes. There are also homes close to the actual beach of Ewa Beach, which are older, and there is also the Ewa Villages community of historic plantation area homes. Many of the homes in Ewa Villages are almost 100 years old, but some are newer, like the one pictured below.
