Today’s sale of this Honolulu condominium listed by Home Shoppe Hawaii is proof that Honolulu real estate is doing well. In particular, the Honolulu condominium market has picked up immensely over the past 6 months. Home Shoppe Hawaii listed this Ala Moana condominium at $385K and it sold in just about a week for $388K, with multiple offers. That makes this sale the highest EVER price per square foot in history of the Summer Palace building.
