The redesign of the interior of the historic Charles Dickey home in the Diamond Head, Honolulu neighborhood is beautiful and worthy of being featured here. The designer, Fine Design Interiors of the Big Island of Hawaii, won several awards for this project including the following:
2009 ASID Hawaii Residential Award of Excellence
2009 ASID Hawaii Members Choice Award
The renovation of the historic Charles Dickey House in Honolulu was completed in June 2008. The photos here are by Hal Lum
Charles Dickey is one of the most prolific architects of Hawaii. His projects were both commercial and residential in nature and spanned over decades. More on Charles Dickey.

- March 7th: Angie Westfall, AIA (State Historic Preservation Division): “Surveying Hawai‘i’s Mid-Century Subdivisions”
The first and last sessions look most interesting to me. I hope I can make at least some of them. Maybe see you there?
