Kailua Real Estate | Hillcrest Neighborhood - 2012 Sold Homes

This area was a little slower moving than most in Kailua with an average of 127 DOM. All the homes sold for or just under asking price with the average sale price for 2012 at $912,270. The home in this area are a bit more upscale and expensive than in some of the faster moving areas of Kailua, which may account for some of this extra time on the market. The Hillcrest neighborhood has beautiful views overlooking the Enchanted Lake neighborhood of Kailua and ocean, making the homes there desirable to many.
