Kailua Real Estate | Kukanono Neighborhood - 2012 Sold Homes

Kailua’s Kukanono neighborhood is a small area between the Pali Highway and the Kawainui Mash conservation area. Homes do not come on the market often in Kukanono and in 2012 only 2 properties were listed. The two Kukanono homes sold did, however, sell for over asking price by at least $20,000!
