Kailua’s Pohakapu neighborhood is located on the Kailua town side of Kalanianalole Highway. This is a very popular neighborhood for families who want to live in Kailua but also may have to commute to downtown Honolulu. Because of its location, it is a great neigborhood for both. Property in Pohakupu sold on average for $816,800 with an average of 54 days on market (DOM).
