Honolulu Real Property Tax Rates on Oahu Remain Stable for 2012-2013
Sun, July 1, 2012 by By Yvonne Ahearn (B), Realtor-Broker 2012-2013 Hawaii real property tax rates for Honolulu County/ island of Oahu remain at $3.50 per $1000 of assessed value. Oahu has a very low 2012-2013 tax rate when compared with many other places, including the other neighboring islands of Maui, Kauai and Hawaii, and even the US Mainland. The Honolulu property tax rate is one of the few areas where Oahu is very inexpensive!! Here is a full chart of property tax rates for Hawaii and all of its counties, including Honolulu County Oahu.
