Kawailoa is not a large area, fronting Kailua Beach park from the end of S Kalaheo ave (Kalapawai Market)to the foot hills of Counrty Club Knolls (entrance to Lanikai). The average Days on Market (DOM) for these three homes was just 9 days! Two of the three homes sold for over asking price. This neighborhood is very popular as it is so close to Kailua Beach & Kailua Beach Park and also puts you in the desired Lanikai (Public Charter) Elementary School District.
