Olomana is a Kailua neighborhood before the entrance to Kailua Town, a little further out, so Kailua real estate here is a bit more affordable, with an average sale price of $699,642 for 2012. Olomana home sales were a little slower than some other affordable areas, with an average of 90 days, but the sellers still were able to command a pretty good price, as average sale to list price was 100%.Photo Courtesy of HICentral MLS
