They also are perched on a hilltop overlooking the Mid Pac County Club golf course and ocean, making them very popular. There were a total of 7 sales in Bluestone for 2012. Bluestone sale prices varied, based on location in the sprawling complex and size of the unit, and sold between $635,000 and $825,000 in 2012. The average price was $747,285 with a sale to list price of 98% and an average of 38 Days on the Market.
