Bluestone is a gated hilltop neighborhood which geographically bridges Lanikai, Kailua with Enchanted Lake, Kailua. On the map, Bluestone lies just North of Keolu Hills, includes the Mid-Pacific Country Club in Kailua, and is bounded by the hills above Lanikai. All Kailua homes for sale in Bluestone are on Kalelepulu and Kamahele streets, in the Bluestone luxury condominium/townhome development, built in 1979.

Bluestone Kailua homes for sale are townhomes are currently the most expensive and exclusive condominiums in Kailua. Recent sold prices are in the $1M to $1.3M range (1500-2200 sq ft). Many Bluestone condominimums have golf course, ocean and/or mountain views. Note that the nearby single-family residences on Kamahele St. are considered to be in the Enchanted Lake Neighborhood, and single-family residences on Kaelepulu St, on the other side of Bluestone, near the Mid-Pacific Country Club, are considered to be in the Lanikai, Kailua Neighborhood.
