The neighborhood of Norfolk is the largest area of agriculturally-zoned properties in Kailua. The parcels here are large, over an acre, with usually, very upscale homes. Some people farm or keep horses. Property in Norfolk is rarely listed on the market and in 2012 there were just two properties sold. The one which was listed in the MLS sat for just 8 days on the market and the other property was sold before even listing on the MLS. The average sale price in this neighborhood for 2012 was $1,845,000.
