Kailua Real Estate | Government/Agricultural Neighborhoods - 2012 Sold Homes

There are a few areas in Kailua which are government or agriculturally zoned. The neighborhood of Norfolk is the largest area of agriculturally-zoned properties in Kailua. The parcels here are large, over an acre, with usually, very upscale homes. Some people farm or keep horses. Property in Norfolk is rarely listed on the market and in 2012 there were just two properties sold. The one which was listed in the MLS sat for just 8 days on the market and the other property was sold before even listing on the MLS. The average sale price in this neighborhood for 2012 was $1,845,000.

Country Club Knoll had only two sales in 2012 one of those was sold before it was listed in the MLS. The other was just on the market for 9 days. Kailua’s Country Club Knolls had a list to sales price percentage of 100% and average sale price of $1,068,750. This is a beautiful private & quiet neighborhood.
