Homes for Sale Near the Waialae Golf Course in Kahala (Home of the Sony Open)

Luxury Real Estate for Sale Near the Waialae Golf Course in Honolulu

There are several neighborhoods of luxury homes for sale near the Waialae Golf Course which you may like to see, when in town for the Sony Open. Some of these Honolulu luxury real estate neighborhoods are Kahala, Diamond Head, Black Point, and of course, the Wailalae Golf Course area. This is a great Honolulu real estate area and there are many homes for sale here. There is the Kahala Mall nearby, with lots of shopping and dining, including a Whole Foods market. This area is just a short drive to any private schools and there are many good public schools in the area. Kahala Beach is nearby, as well as the Kahala Hotel. Other beaches are also nearby. It is an easy commute to Waikiki and downtown Honolulu. The Neighborhood where the Waialae Golf Course entrance is located is called Kahala. But many golf course homes are in the Waialae Golf Course neighborhood itself. These are the luxury real estate currently for sale in these Honolulu luxury home neighborhoods near the Waialae Golf Course, home of the Sony Open.

Diamond Head and Black Point are the luxury home neighborhoods next to Kahala. They are still very near the Wailale Golf Course. Here are the luxury homes currently for sale in Black Point and Diamond Head.

If you like ocean views, you might consider the neighborhoods of Wailae Nui Ridge, Waialae Iki, and Hawaii Loa Ridge for luxury homes with a view, still near the Waialae Golf Course. Hawaii Loa Ridge, which is a gated community, is considered a little more upscale than Waialae Iki, though there are beautiful homes in both. Waialae Iki is a little more upscale than Waiale Nui Ridge. However, Waialae Nui Ridge is a little bit less expensive and the homes for sale are more near the Waialae Golf Course.
