Country Club Knoll is a well-kept secret in Kailua. This wonderful neighborhood is nestled just up the hill from Kailua Beach Park, by the Mid-Pacific Country Club Golf Course and toward Lanikai, past the Kaelepulu Canal, where Buzz’s Steakhouse is situated. 

Country Club Knoll was originally built as part of the section of Enchanted Lake Estates subdivision that surrounds the Mid-Pacific Country Club, hence the name. Like its cousin, Country Club Knoll Kailua features many mid-century, ranch-style homes. The Kailua real estate and Kailua homes for sale here is little bit more upscale from much of the Enchanted Lake area, however, as many homes have been torn down or extensively remodeled and have fabulous views of the golf course, mountains, and ocean. 

There is one way into Country Club Knoll, on Alala Street, and the same way out, which means this is a quiet area. Most of the traffic would be Country Club Knoll residents and guests. There is a highly-regarded public Charter Elementary School in the neighborhood, Ka’ohao School (aka Lanikai Elementary), which is another reason that the Country Club Knoll area is popular place for families with children looking for Kailua real estate. One of the best features of this Kailua neighborhood is that is is very close, just a matter of a few blocks (down the slight hill or even closer) from the white sands of Kailua Beach.

Kailua homes sold recently in Country Club Knoll have varied in prices vary between $1.2M and about $2 Million, but there are others that would be more pricey that have not been recently listed. Not too many Kailua homes for sale are listed each year in this community of just a few hundred homes. Most of the lots in Country Club Knoll are larger, 10,000 sq ft and over, but there are a few slightly smaller.
