Real estate on Oahu is moving on all areas on the island and this includes Mililani. This fantastic Mililani home had multiple offers in the first week on the market and sold for significantly above asking to a cash buyer.

With 1,780 square feet, this 3/2 home was spacious and move-in ready.  This Oahu real estate also featured new windows and a new roof, installed in 2011.

This very well kept Mililani Oahu home for sale also had beautiful travertine tile flooring and soaring ceilings, giving it a very large, open feel. It featured a gracious entry foyer and separate dining room, as well as large living room space with a slider to the backyard and large windows.
